Each of our patient’s needs and wants are different. Therefore, we are committed to spending time, listening and providing treatment plans that reflect that difference. Rachel
Rachel is our Business Administrator. She worked as an assistant for a pedodontist for 3 years while her husband, Dr. Smith was in dental school. When he began his practice, she set up the business part of it and has been managing it since.
Ronda
Ronda has been a part of the team for 9 years. She joined the staff in 2000 being a certified dental assistant. As of 2009 her role is now our Office manger. She oversees the day to day operations and is always willing to answer any questions of yours that may arise. Her knowledge and experience of working in all areas of dentistry provides our patients with the highest quality dental treatment and care. Due to her versatility she may be seen helping out throughout the office whatever the task may be. She helps Dr. Smith and Dr. Roberson provide optimal dental care in making the office run seamlessly.
Ronda was born and raised in Snyder, TX and moved to Georgetown in 2000. She has 3 daughters, Karly, Kasey, & Korby. She also has 2 granddaughters Kandyn and Kalix. She enjoys C&W dancing, golfing with Joe her husband, shopping, competitive sports, and spending time with family.
Katie
Katie is our Business Assistant and Insurance Coordinator. Through her knowledge and experience in the dental field she will be able to answer your questions, check insurance eligibility and help maximize your insurance benefits.
Katie has lived in Georgetown since 1995, but in Texas for 24 years. She and her husband Phil, have a very "sport active" family with 4 boys sitll at home. She enjoys cooking, decorating and watching football and soccer games with family.
Carol
Carol is a Registered Dental Hygienist since 1974. She brought a wealth of experience to our office when she became a member of our staff in May 1998. She went to the University of West Virginia and graduated from Howard University in Washington, D.C. in 1974. Carol is licensed in Texas and is also licensed in the placement of dental sealants. Her father was a dentist and Carol began working in his office at age 12.
Carol grew up in Maryland and has been married to Glenn since 1969. They have 5 children, Cindy, Jenn, (who is also a hygienist), Gregg, and twins Patsy & Carrie. She is a proud Aggie mom of her 4 younger children! She has 7 grandchildren and enjoys playing the role of Mimi/Gran, She enjoys cooking & painting!
Nichole
Nichole joined our staff the summer of 2009 as one of our hygienists and works full time. She holds her certificate/associate degree in dental hygiene from the University of Texas Dental School in Houston. Nichole is licensed in the placement of sealants and is certified in Nitrous Oxide.
Nichole was born and raised around Denver, CO where her family still resides. In 1995 she relocated to Houston where she attended dental hygiene school. She ejoys reading, boating, watching sports and loves animals.
Pam
Pam is our part-time Registered Dental Hygienist. She grew up in Wichita Falls, Texas, and graduated from Rider High School. She attended Midwestern State University where she received her BAAS and associate in Dental Hygiene. She is licensed in Texas to place dental sealants and certified in Nitrous Oxide.
Pam is married to Phillip and they have 2 boys, Blaike and Austin. She enjoys tennis, boating, snow skiing, and watching her boys play soccer, and basketball. She is active in her church family and loves mission work.
Liz
Liz is one of our certified dental assistant and works with Dr. Smith and Dr. Roberson to assist in providing our patients with the most quality dental treatment. She has worked in the dental field since 1988 and joined our staff August 1997. She is also in charge of making sure all the dental equipment is maintained.
Liz grew up in Thrall, TX. and married her longtime sweetheart, Stephen, in 1997. They have two little girls, Madison and Kendal. She began working part-time to spend more time with her girls and her husband's business. She enjoys hunting, fishing, and baking.
Whitney
Whitney joined our staff as a certified dental assistant in January 2006. She works with Dr. Smith and Dr. Roberson to provide our patients with quality dental care. She was born in Sherman, Texas, and moved to Georgetown when she was nine. She graduated from Georgetown High School in 2003 and Austin's Allied Health Careers Program for Dental assisting in March, 2006.
Whitney lives in Granger and has been married to her husband Chris since September 2006. She has two young children, Gage born 2004 and kenlee born 2007. Whitney enjoys spending time with her family, shopping and being outdoors.
Terri
Terri one of our certified dental assistants and works with Dr. Smith and Dr. Roberson to provide our patients with quality dental care. She joined our staff in August 2003 and has been in the dental field since 1999.
Terri was born in Midland, TX. and raised in Rockwall, TX. She and her family moved to Georgetown in 2003. She & her husband, Keith, have three daughters, Haleigh, Macie, and Lexi. She enjoys shopping and hanging out with her girls.
Julie
Julie is a dental assistant and works with Dr. Smith and Dr. Roberson to assist in providing our patients with the most quality dental treatment. She has worked in the dental field since 1993 and is the newest member of our team, bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience to our practice.
Julie is a native texan,she has spent the last 12 years in Georgia and Florida due to her husbands career. She recently located here to Georgetown with her husband, Ben, and her five year old son Jack. Jack has just now started kindergarten and has been a true blessing to Julie and Ben. Julie enjoys watching baseball, football and spending time with her family and friends.
